That an administrative penalty in the amount of R 5 000.00 BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of the conditions of approval requiring a stop and drop facility and the ingress and egress arrangement on Remainder Erf 65001 Cape Town at Kenilworth, which is required for Erven 64999,176978, 65001, 64998 & 65597 Cape Town at Kenilworth as shown on the plan with drawing number 1507LUM-001a drawn by Design Matters architects, dated February 2018.
REASONS FOR DECISION:
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report.
