RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY

a. That the application for rezoning of a portion of Erf 13750 Constantia, as shown on plan LUM/18/13750, measuring ±2393m2, from Single Residential Zone 1 to Local Business Zone 1, BE APPROVED in terms Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.

b. That the application for consent in terms of Item 50(c) of the Development Management Scheme to permit the portion of Erf 13750 Constantia, zoned Local Business Zone 1 to be used as a place of instruction, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.

REASONS FOR DECISION:

The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report.
