That an administrative penalty in the amount of R219.00 BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 3894 Ottery for the portion of the carport in accordance with the plan with Project No 022/60 dated March 2016 and drawn by Dollie Design Services.
