That an administrative penalty in the amount of R 1716.00 BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 8475, Kraaifontein in accordance with the plan hereby attached as Annexure B
REASONS FOR DECISION:
The MPT APPROVED the application and added new reasons as set out below:
1. The contravention is small relative to the size of the property.
2. The gravity is not serious.
3. The conduct of the applicant was satisfactory.
