An administrative penalty of R 1 507.00 BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the MPBL 2015 in respect of Erf 13268, Cape Town.
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report and agreed to amend 6.1 as follows:
The nature and size of the contravention is low key. But the gravity is, however, serious.
Delete 6.2 and update numbering sequence accordingly.
