That an administrative penalty in the amount of R 319 BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 44742, Mitchells Plain in accordance with Plan No ar/1, dated 1 December 2017.
REASONS FOR DECISION:
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report and added an additional reason that reads as follows:
6.3 The gravity of the contravention is not serious.
