a. That the application for consent in terms of item 21(c) of the Development Management Scheme to permit Erf 121412 Cape Town at Retreat to be used as a place of instruction, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to conditions contained in Annexure A.
b. That the application for departures, as contained in Annexure A, for Erf 121412 Cape Town at Retreat, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
