That an administrative penalty in the amount of R1 000.00 BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 46733 Cape Town at Rondebosch, for the Early Childhood Development Centre and unauthorised building work in accordance with the plan drawn by L.T Hardenberg, with drawing number 17/LL/02 Revision 1, dated 19 February 2018.

The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report.
