That an administrative penalty in the amount of R0 BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of the unauthorised land use and building work on Erf 3822 Kommetjie, in relation to the unauthorised building work shown on the plan with the drawing number 2897/11/17 Revision 0, drawn by Duncan Bates Professional Land Surveyors dated 2017-12-15.
REASONS FOR DECISION:
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report.
