That an administrative penalty in the amount of R10 000.00 BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of the unauthorised guest accommodation establishment and 45.5m2 extent of unauthorised building additions on Erven 45928, 45929 and 45938 Cape Town at Rondebosch.
REASONS FOR DECISION:
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report and added an additional reason that reads as follows:
6.6 That a real attempt has been made by the owner to regularize.
