That an administrative penalty of R30 000.00 BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Remainder Erf 66745 Cape Town at Wynberg, for the wellness center in accordance with the plans drawn by Olden & Associates Urban and Regional Planners, with reference number OA 1334-01 & 1334-02, both revision 01, both dated January 2018.

The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report.
