a. That the application for deletion of a restrictive title deed condition, as set out in Annexure A, for Erf 49140 Cape Town at Newlands, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
b. That the application for amendment a restrictive title deed condition, as set out in Annexure A, for Erf 49140 Cape Town at Newlands, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
c. That the application for Council’s consent in terms of a title deed condition, as set out in Annexure A, to enable the property to be subdivided as per plan of subdivision LUM/00/49140, for Erf 49140 Cape Town at Newlands, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
d. That the application for the subdivision of Erf 49140 Cape Town at Newlands, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, as per plan of subdivision LUM/00/49140, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
Additional Conditions
That no mature tree may be felled without the consent of the relevant authorized Council Department.

The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report.
