RESOLVED

That an administrative penalty in the amount of R2 258.00 be imposed in terms of section 129 and BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 5500, Bellville.
REASONS FOR DECISION:

1. The owner did not comply with the notice that was issued by the Land Use Enforcement section in relation to the contravention of the Municipal By-Law.
2. Complaints have been received from surrounding neighbors.
3. The unauthorized use is of a relatively long duration.
