That an administrative penalty in the amount of R0 be imposed in terms of Section 129 and BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 3047, Bellville, in accordance with plan attached as Annexure B.
REASONS FOR DECISION:
1. The unauthorized encroachment of the building line is viewed to be of a minor nature.
