That an administrative penalty in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 equal to R610.00, be imposed for the unauthorized building work and that the penalty BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.

The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report.
