RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY

a. That the application for a consent use to permit a place of instruction on Erf 10754, Kuilsrivier, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b) of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A and in accordance with the layout plan attached as Annexure D

b. That the application for permanent departures to permit the relaxation of the width of the double carriageway crossing from 8m to 10m and the 5m common boundary building line to 0,0m on Erf 10754, Kuilsrivier, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b) of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015 and in accordance with the layout plan attached as Annexure D

Applications 1.3 be added under Applications granted

1.3 Permanent departure to permit relaxation of the 5m common boundary building line to 0,0m

The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report.
