RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY
a. That the application for rezoning of Portion 79 of Farm Langverwacht No. 241, Kuilsrivier, from Transport Zone 2 to Subdivisional Area, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b) of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015, in accordance with plan no. FP/1115/805, dated “July 2017” subject to conditions attached as Annexure A
b. That the application for subdivision of Portion 79 of Farm Langverwacht No. 241, Kuilsrivier, into 17 General Residential 1 zoned erven, 1 open Space 3 zoned erf and Public Road (inclusive of the street name), BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b) of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015, in accordance with Plan No. FP/1115/805, dated “July 2017” subject to conditions attached as Annexure A
c. That the application for permanent departure from the City of Cape Town Development Management Scheme in respect of Portion 79 of Farm Langverwacht No. 241, Kuilsrivier, in order to allow the relaxation of the 5.0 m building line applicable along Zevenwacht Link Road to 3.0 m, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b) of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015, in accordance with Plan No. FP/1115/805, dated “July 2017” subject to conditions attached as Annexure A
REASONS FOR DECISION:
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report except reason 7.1.9 which is deleted.
