RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY
a. That the application for the deletion of restrictive conditions 1. G. A (b) & (d) and 2. G. A (b) & (d) from Title Deeds T23602/2015, T23603/2015 and T23604/2015 respectively for Erven 10651 and 10652 Bellville BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b) of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015.
b. That the application for the deletion of previous conditions of approval for Erven 10651 and 10652 Bellville which reads similar to the Title Deed conditions for this application BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-law, 2015.
c. That the application for rezoning from Single Residential (SR1) to General Residential (GR2) of Erven 10651 and 10652 Bellville BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-law, 2015, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
d. That the application for the consolidation of Erven 10651 and 10652 Bellville BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-law, 2015, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
e. That the application for permanent departures, as set out in Annexure A, for Erven 10651 and 10652 Bellville BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-law, 2015, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A and in accordance with the plan attached as Annexure C
The restrictive conditions under Application 1.3 namely: 1.D.3, 1.I, 2.D.3 and 2.I are deleted
REASONS FOR DECISION:
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report.
