RESOLVED UNANAMOUSLY

a. That the application for a regulation departure in terms of Section 42(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law,to accommodate the second dwelling at 1.8m in lieu of 3.0m from the rear common boundary building line in respect of Erf 140, Eversdale, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, in accordance with plan 2017/140 by Wayne Williamson architects dated February 2018 and attached as Annexure B

b. That the application for the relaxation of the restrictive Title Deed Condition C.4.(d)and C.4.(b) in terms of Section 42(h) of the Municipal Planning By-Law to accommodate the second dwelling at 1.8m in lieu of 3.15m from the rear boundary building line in respect of Erf 140, Eversdale, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in accordance with Plan No 2017/140 by Wayne Williamson architects dated February 2018 and attached as Annexure B




REASONS FOR DECISION:

The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report.
