UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
The application for amendment of conditions to amendment the SDP for erf 33592, Milnerton, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) (iii) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, in accordance with drawing number 2016/16035/01, subject to conditions contained in annexure A.
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report except reasons 7.1.2 and 7.1.5 which are amended as follows:
7.1.2 The proposal fully complies with the provisions of the GR3 zoning of the subject property and is not deemed to have a unacceptable impact on existing rights as it would not extend any additional rights that are not already provided for in the said zoning.
7.1.5 The matching external finishes are deemed in keeping with the built form of the surrounding group housing scheme and there is thus no unacceptable impact envisaged on the character of the surrounding properties.
