That the application for the determination of an administrative penalty in respect of Erf 18171, Parow to the amount of R 296.00 of the value of the portion of the entertainment room encroaching the street building line BE APPROVED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
REASONS FOR DECISION:
1. The conduct of the owner in applying for approval of the structure shows the intention to comply to requirements.
