RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY
That the application for the removal of restrictive title deed conditions [clause conditions 4 (b), (c) & (d)] to permit the use of the property for business / office purposes, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b)(i) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
APPLICATIONS 1.2 AND 1.3 AND ALL CONDITIONS ON ANNEXURE A IS DELETED
REASONS FOR DECISION:
1. It is the opinion of this office that the removal of the restrictive title deed condition will not result in any financial or personal loss to the abutting neighbours or the applicants, as the proposal is considered minor in nature with an insignificant adverse impact on any primary rights of surrounding property owners.
