That the application for permanent departure in respect of Erf 38044, Bellville in order to permit the relaxation of the number of on-site parking bays from 28 parking bays to 14 parking bays and the increase of the permissible floor factor from 1.0 (1161m²) to 1.56 (1811.16m²) to allow the construction of 14 residential flat units (on the first floor) on the subject property, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.

The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report.
