RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY
That the application for consent use in respect of Erf 402, Matroosfontein, to permit the operation of a house shop BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law 2015, in accordance with the plan attached as Annexure C, subject to conditions listed in attached Annexure A.
CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL IMPOSED IN TERMS OF SECTION 100 OF THE BYLAW
Condition 2.2 is amended as follows:
2.2 The hours of operation of the house shop be restricted to between 07h00 to 21h00, Mondays – Saturdays and between 08h00 to 20h00 on public holidays and Sundays.
REASONS FOR DECISION:
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report.
