RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY
a. That the application for the rezoning of Erven 2632 and 2633, Goodwood from Single Residential 1 (SR1) to Local Business 1 (LB1) BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b)(iii) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law (2015) (MPBL) to permit the conversion of the existing house into offices, subject to conditions attached as Annexure A.
b. That the application for permanent departures on Erven 2632 and 2633, Goodwood, to permit the relaxation of the 5m street building line to 0m and the 3m common boundary building line to 0m BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b)(i) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
c. That the application for the consolidation of Erven 2632 and 2633, Goodwood, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b)(i) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
REASONS FOR DECISION:
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report.
