RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY
That the application for amendment of the Site Development Plan of Verona Villas to permit a braai room on Erf 10934, Durbanville, in terms of Section 42 (j) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-law, 2015, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b) of the By-law, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
REASONS FOR DECISION:
The MPT approved all the reasons in the planner’s report except 7.1.1 which is amended as follows:
7.1.1. The proposal will not have a negative socio-economic impact.
