That the application for the amendment of the conditions of approval dated 7 March 2012 to allow the increase in the number of learners at the Place of Instruction on Erf 21923, Brackenfell BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning Bylaw, in consideration of the updated SDP dated October 2017 and subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
CONDITIONS TO BE IMPOSED IN TERMS OF SECTION 100 OF THE BYLAW
That the DC amount in Condition 2.2 be changed from R214353.96 to R110167.91
REASONS FOR DECISION:
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report.
