RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY
That the application for Consent Use to permit a day care for 24 children on Erf 1383, Eversdale BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b) of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015 in accordance with plan no 1383_Rev 2 dated September 2016 attached as Annexure C, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL IMPOSED IN TERMS OF SECTION 100 OF THE BYLAW
Condition 1.5 is amended as follows:
1.5 A maximum of 4 employees in connection with the activity shall be permitted.
REASONS FOR DECISION:
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report.
