That the application for a temporary land use departure, in terms of Section 42(c) of the of the City of Cape Town, Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, in order to permit a liquor shop from a portion of erf 27871, 57 Sinqolamthi Street, Ilitha Park, Khayelitsha BE REFUSED in terms of Section 98(c) of the City of Cape Town, Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
REASONS FOR DECISION:
The MPT REFUSED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report.
