a. The application for removal of title deed restriction stipulated in Annexure A on Erf 2078 Oranjezicht, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the MPBL as shown in Annexure A and in accordance with the plans in Annexure C.
b. The application for departures stipulated in Annexure A on Erf 2078 Oranjezicht, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the MPBL as shown in Annexure A and in accordance with the plans in Annexure C.
