UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
a. The application for departures, as set out in Annexure A, for Erf 26667, Cape Town, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 of the City of Cape Town Planning By-Law, 2015, in accordance with the plans in Annexure D.
b. The application for City approval, as set out in Annexure A, for Erf 26667 Cape Town, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 of the City of Cape Town Planning By-Law, 2015, in accordance with the plans in Annexure D.
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report.
Amend list of departures as follows:
1.1.1 To permit the proposed building (bathrooms) to be set back 0m in lieu of 3m from the southern common boundary
1.1.4 To permit the proposed building work (window placement) to be set back 1m and 0.3m in lieu of 1.5m from the southern common boundary
