UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
The application for a temporary land use departure on erf 14556, Milnerton as set out in Annexure A, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b)(iii) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report.
Amend conditions:
2.1.1 The temporary departure shall be valid for a period of 2 years from date of final notification.
