UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
a. The consent use to permit a freestanding base telecommunication station and associated infrastructure, as set out in Annexure A, on erf 105390, Sanddrift, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b)(iii) of the Municipal Planning By-Law (2015), subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A and revised location 4 as set out on page 502 of the report.
b. The regulation departures as set out in Annexure A on erf 105390, Sanddrift, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b)(iii) of the Municipal Planning By-Law (2015), subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report.
Amend conditions:
2.1 Building plans shall be submitted, showing the amended 15m monopole design for the freestanding base telecommunication station mast.
