That an administrative penalty in the amount of R152.33 for the unauthorized land use and R562.15 for the unauthorized building work in terms of Section 129 and 42(q) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 30765, 167 Korfbal Street, Beacon Valley, Mitchells Plain, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b)(i) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
