UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
a. The application for departures, as set out in Annexure A, for Erven 331 (Rem) and 331, Green Point BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the City of Cape Town Planning By-Law, 2015 in accordance with the plans in Annexure E.
b. The application for City approval, as set out in Annexure A, for Erven 331 (Rem) and 331, Green Point BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the City of Cape Town Planning By-Law, 2015 in accordance with the plans in Annexure E.
c. The application for Consolidation in terms of Section 42(f) read with Section 50(2) of the By-Law of 2015, for Erven 331 (Rem) and 331, Green Point,, as set out in Annexure A BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the City Of Cape Town Planning By-Law, 2015, in accordance with the plans in Annexure D.
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report.
