UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
a. The consent use in terms of item 21(c) of the Development Management Scheme to permit a guesthouse on erf 20634, Milnerton BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b)(iii) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A in accordance with Annexure C.
b. The regulation departure in terms of item 140(2)(c) of the Development Management Scheme to permit a combined entrance and exit way of 12.5m in lieu of 8m on erf 20634, Milnerton, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b)(i) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in accordance with Annexure C.
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report.
Amend conditions:
Delete 2.1.4
Electricity Services:
2.1.13 Any alterations or deviations to electricity services necessary as a consequence of the proposal, or requested by the applicant, will be carried out at the applicant's cost.
Renumber 2.1.13 to 2.1.14
