UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
The application for approval of a site development plan on erf 8650, Milnerton BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b)(iii) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, in accordance with plan No. CT 8650; dated May 2016, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report.
Amend conditions:
2.8 Requirements 2 – 3 and 6 – 8, as per Annexure F2, shall be addressed prior to building plan approval.
Delete conditions 2.2 – 2.7
Delete conditions 2.12 – 2.18
