The application for subdivision of erf 6347, Parklands, into two portions BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b)(iii) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law (2015) in accordance with plan no erf 6347, Parklands, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report.
Add to conditions:
An Electrical Development Capital charge (DC Cost) is payable.
