UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
The proposed departures in Annexure C2 on erf 4437, Milnerton, and set out in Annexure A BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b)(iii) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in accordance with drawing no 27/16-XP 101-105 Rev D by Enrica van Der Linden Architects, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report and agreed to add a reason as follows:
- In the amended proposal, the concerns of objectors have been addressed.
Amend conditions:
Delete 2.7 and ‘General Notes’
