UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
The application for departures as set out in Annexure A, on Erf 1758 Green Point BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law 2015, to be substantially in accordance with the plan indicated in Annexure C, subject to the conditions contained in the attached Annexure A.
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report and agreed to amend reason 4 as follows:
The proposal will not materially negatively impact on the surrounding properties and built form.
