UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
An administrative penalty in the amount of R 12 320.00 BE APPROVED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning Amendment By-Law, 2016 in respect of Erf 172047 Cape Town at Observatory for the unauthorised building work and such penalty BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the said By-Law.

The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report.
