UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
The application for consent use to permit a house shop on Erf 159416, Cape Town BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in accordance with plan drawn by RDE Jong Designs dated Jan 2016, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report.
Amend conditions:
2.3 The owner shall forthwith submit a building plan application for the use of the garage as a house shop.
