UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
The application for the subdivision of Portion 97 of Cape Farm 953 BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, as per plans of subdivision LUM/35/953-97-1 and LUM/35/953-97-2, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report and agreed to amend the reason 2 and 6 as follows:
2. The remainder of the land has been transferred to National Parks which establishes sufficient land with the potential for conservation
4. The proposal is generally consistent with the Natural Interface Study Veldfire Related Guidelines (2004).
