The application for rezoning of a portion of Erf 98675 Cape Town at Rondebosch, as per plan LUM/00/98675, from Single Residential Zone 1 to Utility Zoning, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
