UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
An administrative penalty in the amount of R 17 600.00 BE APPROVED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 96891 Cape Town at Rondebosch with regard to the additions on the property as per the plan drawn by Andrew Nimmo Architect with drawing number bruce_02 _103 dated 2016-06-16.
