An administrative penalty in the amount of R 1 095.00 BE APPROVED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Remainder Erf 50915 Cape Town at Claremont, for the unauthorised building work as per the plan drawn by EM Projects dated March with drawing number 101.
