RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY
That the application for a temporary land use departure to permit a dog day-care facility on a portion of Erf 7200, Durbanville, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b) of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015, subject to the condition contained in Annexure A.
CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL IMPOSED IN TERMS OF SECTION 100 OF THE BYLAW
Condition 2.4 is amended as follows:
2.4 The use of the property as a dog day-care facility shall cease on or before 15 December 2017.
REASONS FOR DECISIONS:
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report.
