That the application for the determination of an administrative penalty in respect of Erf 10246, Bellville to the amount of R 565.00 BE APPROVED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
REASONS FOR DECISION:
1. The conduct of the owner in applying for approval of the structures more than 6 months after completion and not operating the business to date, shows the intention to comply to requirements.
