That the application for departure from the 3m common building line requirement for 40% of the length of common boundary (excluding the first 12m) to allow for a carport at 0m for a length of 9,3m in respect of Erf 6051, Strand, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b)(i) of the Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to conditions as contained in Annexure A, in accordance with the plans contained in Annexure C.

REASONS FOR DECISION:
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report.
