That an administrative penalty for the unauthorised land use (house shop) in the amount of R600 and R 1 500 for the unauthorized building work in terms of Section 129 and 42(q) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of erf 3987, 7 Speyer Drive, Silversands, Blue Downs BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b)(i) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law 2015.

The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report.
